Dr. Danos began her academic journey at Loyola University Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Bioethics. She then pursued her passion for eye care at the Chicago College of Optometry, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree and developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
To further enhance her optometric training, Dr. Danos completed a year-long residency in primary care, ocular disease, and geriatrics at the Jackie Walorski VA Clinic in Indiana, part of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. During her training, she also contributed to the field by authoring a publication in a journal. Dr. Danos is a member of several optometric organizations including the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.
Outside of diagnosing and managing a wide range of ocular diseases, Dr. Danos enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, and traveling to new destinations.
