RLE
Refractive Lens Exchange also known as Clear Lens Exchange (CLE), is a surgical procedure similar to cataract surgery, where the eye’s natural lens is replaced with an artificial intraocular lens (IOL). The difference from cataract surgery is that the natural lens is still clear and functional but it is replaced to improve the patient’s vision while also eliminating the need for cataract surgery in the future.
