Miniject Implant

Miniject Glaucoma Draining Device

Being involved with research allows the doctors at The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha to offer advanced technologies to our patients well before these are available to the general public. Wednesday, March 2nd, Dr. Paul Singh was the first doctor in the Wisconsin to implant the Miniject Glaucoma drainage device, a device that helps to lower the eye pressure in patients who have certain types of glaucoma.  For many patients, this implant can reduce their dependency topical glaucoma drops.

If you have glaucoma and are interested in being part of a study, please contact our office and we can provide more information.
