Kanwar A. Singh, founder of The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha, is a leader in the field of ophthalmology. Dr. Singh began practicing ophthalmology in Racine, Wisconsin in 1971 and performed the state's first cataract surgery with lens implantation in 1975. He introduced outpatient cataract surgery with lens implantation in Southeastern Wisconsin in 1983. In 1992, Dr. Singh performed Wisconsin's first Automated Lamellar Keratoplasty vision correction surgery.

Dr. Inder Paul Singh, M.D.
A Racine, WI native, Dr. Paul Singh graduated from The Prairie School in 1990. He is an accomplished musician, having performed with his band, Funkadesi in cities around the country. He returned to Racine with his wife Umang, in 2004 to join The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha.

Dr. Stephen J. Pruett, O.D.
Dr. Pruett attended the University of Wisconsin and received his optometric degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1983. He was a member of both Beta Sigma Kappa and Tomb and Key, signifying academic excellence. Dr. Pruett is a member of the American Optometric and the Wisconsin Optometric Associations. His licensure includes therapeutic and diagnostic pharmaceutical dispensing. He has been associated with The Eye Centers of Racine and Kenosha since 1991.

Dr. Emily Velotta, M.D.
Emily Velotta, M.D., from Loyola University in Chicago, provides comprehensive eye examinations and specializes in cataract surgery. She diagnoses and treats medical diseases and disorders of the eye for school-age children to seniors. Her surgical interests include small incision, sutureless cataract, pterygium removal, and ptosis repair.
